Public Events

All public event tickets sold are final.  There will be no refunds due to weather conditions or any other issues such as fault of the participant to read all the details of a particular event in advance,unless authorized by Clubhouse Mobile Mini Golf.  Clubhouse Mobile Mini Golf may reimburse the participants through a voucher, to be used at any other public event or through a full monetary refund. Clubhouse Mobile Mini Golf reserves the right to cancel any event at any time and reimburse, as Clubhouse Mobile Mini Golf desires.

Private Events

Terms of Agreement & Acceptance

Clubhouse Mobile Mini Golf will need the signed proposal, along with a 50% deposit prior to commencing, at least 14 business days prior to event.  Once signed, this proposal becomes a binding agreement made between Clubhouse Mobile Mini Golf and the interested party.

Payment

Administered by Clubhouse Mobile Mini Golf, Clubhouse Mobile Mini Golf requires a 50% deposit upon acceptance of the proposal/estimate.  The remainder will be due 2 weeks prior to the event.

Public & Private Events

Usage

All challenges created by Clubhouse Mobile Mini Golf are property of Clubhouse Mobile Mini Golf and are not permitted to be resold or reused without purchasing permission and copyrights.  If there are any questions or inquires, reach out to Clubhouse Mobile MiniGolf for details - info@clubhouseminigolf.com
If the planned event has been cancelled or rescheduled for any reason,the remainder of the proposal/estimate is due on the original date of the event.

Clubhouse Mobile Mini Golf is not responsible for any damages to personal property, lost or stolen while engaging with Clubhouse Mobile Mini Golf, prior to, during or upon completion of the event. Clubhouse Mobile Mini Golf encourages all participants to respect personal and public property.  If found in violation, Clubhouse Mobile Mini Golf will expel participants from the event without reimbursement.  Participation in future events will be prohibited.  Those in violation will be reported to the proper authorities.

Clubhouse Mobile Mini Golf is not responsible for any injury sustained,including death whilst using the course.  All participants are encouraged to follow the rules of the course.  If a participant is found guilty of violating the rules of the course, then the violation is the responsibility of the participant. Clubhouse Mobile Mini Golf will not be held accountable for health and safety violations.

Model Release

Upon signing up for any of Clubhouse Mobile Mini Golf events, pubic or private, the participant(s) irrevocably consents and authorise the use and reproduction by Clubhouse Mobile Mini Golf, of any and all photographs, video footage and /or audio clips, which have been taken of the participant(s), for any purpose whatsoever, without further compensation from Clubhouse Mobile Mini Golf.  All media information shall be considered property of Clubhouse Mobile Mini Golf solely and completely.  Please refer to our Privacy policies.
