At Clubhouse we're experts at slotting into your big day with ease. We've had years of experience working at private events from small parties, to those with 500+ guests.

Once booked, the Clubhouse team work with the event organiser to ensure a smooth delivery, installation and backdown. We're able to be on hand throughout the event, or we can leave the course in the hands of the event organiser.

With setup and pack down times of less than two hours, even the event organiser is able to enjoy the day with a minimum of fuss!

HOW DOES CLUBHOUSE WORK ON YOUR BIG DAY?

At Clubhouse, we know how important your big day is. That's why our on the day process is as streamlined, safe and stress free as possible from start to finish. We take care of everything from build to packdown and everything in between!.

Our Arrival & Build

Our team will arrive at the event roughly 2 hours prior. Course installation takes around 90 minutes.

Your Event

Our staff will remain on site throughout the event to ensure guests enjoy the course in a safe and enjoyable manner.

Our Packdown

After the event, our team requires 90 minutes to collapse and pack away the course, leaving no trace at the venue!

WHAT WE NEED AT A CLUBHOUSE EVENT

15m X 10M OF SPACE

We require space to set the course up, however we're able to set the course up in rooms of all shapes, or spread over multiple rooms if required. The course can be set up indoor or outdoors.

FLAT GROUND

Naturally, mini golf isn't fun if the ball doesn't follow it's intended path, so we thoroughly recommend setting the course up on flat ground. We're able to set the course up on grass.

We'll make sure absolutely everything is organised to a tee with your wedding planner or dedicated person of contact, leaving you to enjoy your special day!
