WHAT HAPPENS ON THE DAY WITH CLUBHOUSE?

At Clubhouse, we know how events work. That's why our on the day process is as streamlined, safe and stress free as possible from start to finish.

Our Arrival & Build

Our team will arrive at the event roughly 2 hours prior. Course installation takes approximately 90 minutes.

Your Event

Our staff will remain on site throughout the event to ensure guests enjoy the course in a safe manner.

Our Packdown

After the event, our team requires 90 minutes to collapse and pack away the course, leaving no trace at the venue!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. Can the course be used indoors and outdoors?

Yes! The course can be used both indoors and outdoors. If there is rain during outdoor events, our staff will bring the covers on until it stops.

2. How many people can use the course at one time?

Up to 30 people can be on the course at any one time. Our events typically range from 50-500 attendees.

3. Do you have public liability insurance, a risk assessment and T&Cs?

Yes! These are available on request. Just email info@clubhouseminigolf.com

4. Does Clubhouse Mini Golf provide staff during the event?

Yes! Our staff will stay and assist throughout your event.

5. How long does it take to set up/pack up?

It takes around 90 minutes to set up, and around 90 minutes to pack up, depending on parking location and access to the venue. We aim to arrive 2 hours before your event.

6. Can children use the course?

Yes! Young children should be supervised, and children aged 8+ are capable of playing just like the adults. We even have smaller putters for them!

WHAT WE NEED AT A CLUBHOUSE EVENT

15m X 10M OF SPACE

We require space to set the course up, however we're able to set the course up in rooms of all shapes, or spread over multiple rooms if required.

FLAT GROUND

Naturally, mini golf isn't  fun if the ball doesn't follow it's intended path, so we thoroughly recommend setting the course up on flat ground.
